Our story
Tetra Energy was founded at the start of the pandemic in 2020 when it was instrumental to maintain field operationsamidst the needs of increased levels of performance -abled metrics. With travel restrictions in place- TES began a campaign to connect utilities and research remotely with field work as permitted. This model worked successfully, and many virtual war-rooms were created to deal with issues of sustainability in IVM and stability in UVM. Today TES, founded on the ideals of collaboration and handshakes continues to be a research driver for many utilities and others that share our space. TES carves a niche in our space on innovation and adaptive research as we strive for excellence in our vegetation management programs, Sustainalytics and community engagement.
About us
TES was founded by Dr Anand B. Persad who grew up in the republic of Trinidad and Tobago -the three hills in our logo signify the trinity or three mountain ranges characteristic of the Trinidad outline viewed from the sea- by the many early ocean-going explorers. Exploration continues today with TES working on bringing technology and emerging concepts to fruition using adaptive models and building programs based on data analytics and information that is aligned with management and policy. We are invited speakers at many national and international events in our space- feel free to reach out with ideas and potential questions as we advance our businesses together- we appreciate the opportunity to collaborate.

Vision Statement
TES leads the green industry in deploying adaptive research systems and innovation that assists conservation initiatives and delivers tested programs that improve sustainability.

Value and Culture
We value partnerships and collaboration as we bridge cultures, companies and societies. We appreciate our journey and all the camaraderie that formed TES. Our core culture stems from lessons learnt and those to be learned in the hope that by using science we can continue to help innovate and future- proof our space.

Mission Statement
To be the foremost independent research entity in our utility green-space and beyond.
Our Engagement and Outreach
